Terms of Service

I would like detailed descriptions of the work that you are wanting and reference pictures if you have them.

Scope of work
Before any work is started, an agreement on the scope of the work will be completed. This scope will include the number and kind of work you are requesting. An invoice will be created based on this scope. If the invoice needs to be edited at any time, a new invoice will be created. Work will be paused until the new invoice is agreed upon.Requesters input
I highly value your input when creating art for you. I want you to be satisfied with the end product. I will message with questions regarding color choices, pose choices and reference questions as needed. Please respond in a timely manner so that the art process can proceed smoothly.Edits
Edits to the Design will be available at the rough sketch stage, the linework stage and the coloring stage. After each stage is finalized, a $10 fee to change a previous stage's work will be charged.Timeline
A timeline will be agreed upon between myself and the requester. Rush orders (orders requiring less then 3 days to complete) will have a 30% rush fee added to the invoice. If I end up working at a rushed pace, you will not be charged the extra cost.
Images will be sent for approval at each stage: Rough Sketch, Line Art, Coloring, Final. If requester fails to approve a stage in a timely manner, I will not be penalized for late work.Payment
After scope of work is settled, a down payment of 30% is required. Down Payment is nonrefundable. Payment is accepted through Cashapp, Stream elements, or Paypal. When all files are ready, remaining balance must be paid to receive the final files.
Chargebacks are not permissible. A claim will be filed against you if this occurs.Copyright
Cost for Copyright is 50% of the artworks base cost, before any deals or packages. Referred to as a "Merch Ready" file, the artwork will be sent in full resolution and permissible to be used to sell merchandise and branding. Credit for work when posted is required.
I retain the copyright to the artwork I created. Mostly used for promotional and example work.TOS
I reserve the right to refuse a commission based solely on my own discretion.

Speak with me to determine if what you want is a simple or advanced option. Simple options will have all basic moving parts (eyes, mouth, face xyz) with small physics. Advanced options will have simple plus more moving parts in the clothing and design.
